SC Delia Lebada SRL is acting as Developer & Construction Manager for Phase 1 of Lebada Lake Residence development in Bucharest, Romania.

Phase 1 consists of three 7-storey buildings of 60 apartments targeting middle-class buyers.

a) Building A5 is ready and its apartments have been fully tabulated. 51 sale-purchase agreements have already been executed and 4 promissory contracts. There are 5 apartments remaining unsold.

b) Building A4 is ready and its apartments have been fully tabulated. 48 sale-purchase agreements have already been executed. Currently there are 4 promissory contracts signed with clients. The rest of 8 unsold apartments will be finished when they will be sold.

b) Building A3 is ready and its apartments have been fully tabulated. 30 sale-purchase agreements have already been executed. Currently there are 14 promissory contracts signed with clients. The rest of 17 unsold apartments will be finished when they will be sold.

d) Concrete structure works at Buildings A2 and A1 underway. Currently working on the 7^th level slab on A2. Superstructure of A1 will be finished by April 2026.

e) All utilities have been finished and A5-A4-A3 are fully functional with all the meters installed.

f) Interior roads finished up to building A3. Promenade hard landscaping works (pavements, exterior parking places) have finished; soft landscaping phase 2 has been finalized.

So far, 129 sales have been concluded on the three buildings. The economic uncertainty caused by increased money cost and worldwide inflation have affected the sales trend. Finally, 115 apartments have already been handed-over in both registered buildings.
